1. Service

Viral Templates provides a credits-based AI template wall that turns user-uploaded photos into short vertical videos across multiple trends (Bby Wow AI, Coldplay Kiss Cam AI, Ceiling Fan Transition AI). Features may be stubbed until environment keys (e.g. FAL_*, WAFFO_*) are configured.

2. Adult consent & prohibited content

You may only upload photos of adults (18+) who consented (pets allowed where the Create UI states).
Minors are strictly prohibited.
No non-consensual deepfakes of real people.
You warrant you own or have rights to each image.

3. No affiliation / no song license / no concert footage

We are not affiliated with Coldplay, Karol G, CapCut, ByteDance, any record label, or any venue. We do not grant or claim a license to any commercial song. Outputs are visual/motion remixes; audio is your responsibility. Kiss Cam templates do not use real concert footage.

4. Ceiling Fan safety

The Ceiling Fan Transition template is an AI effect. You agree not to strap phones or other devices to real spinning fans or otherwise create dangerous physical stunts in connection with the Service.

5. Credits, payments, refunds

Generates consume credits (default 1 credit per job).
Payments are processed via Waffo when configured; P0 may show a checkout stub.
If a paid generate fails due to our pipeline/provider error after debit, we refund that credit.
Successful renders are generally non-refundable in cash; unused credits remain available subject to these Terms.

6. Photos & retention

Uploaded photos are retained approximately 30 days for generation and abuse review, then deleted — see Privacy.

7. Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is.” AI outputs may be imperfect. You are responsible for how you publish results.
